Really great greek food! Grape leaves were great, the bread was delicious and we were happy with our meals. Fairly priced (my meal was 14euros) and recommend it!

I've been to this restaurant many times and the Greek food is consistently excellent. Fresh, well prepared and good sized portions. As well the wait staff is quite friendly and and a few speak some English. Highly recommend!! Voir le carte

Good smal restaraunt very close to Maritim Hotel. Not the great choice, but high quality, the wine is also good.Not cheap, will come back again next time if stay at the Maritim. Recommend to book in a good time, full nearly all the time.

The welcoming and character of the place gave us good vibes. Genuine Greek food served very nicely. Good menu, easy to follow. Also an English menu (something we've found greatly lacking in Cologne)We had a meze starter which was excellent and a selection of meats - all delicious. Definitely recommend.

We went to Athen's as we wanted to try a new greek restaurant in Cologne. Overall the restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Servings are good and prices are okay. On the downside the meat of our gyros dish was really fat and did not taste that well. When mentioning it to waiting staff the response was not satisfying: "gyros is always fat, you can go for another dish next time...". Based on today's experience we will not return! Voir le carte

The Octopus for starters was delicious. Very well cooked and full with flavours. Unfortunately my main course arrived before I could finish my starter. When asked if this could wait the (very unexperienced) waitress just left it on the table! When I asked for new cutlery I was told to use the cutlery from the starters... The main course was very delicious but way and way to much. The Side salad arrived late but was Nice and fresh. Overall Food was good service was poor but this was due to lack of experience.I would not visit again.

We are quite frequent customers of this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice.We always choose their Athena Platte for 2 people: 10 small lamb chops and 4 small lamb filets. The dish includes also sides: a big dish of french fries, a greek salad with feta and olives, and tzatziki sauce with bread.The dish overall is delicious and we really like it.However, it was costing 39 EUR just last year, then increased to 42 or 44 EUR few months ago, and now it costs 47 EUR!!! Quite a lot of increase that will probably continue! :( We expect we may pay 50 EUR or more next time we visit them, hence will probably not return. Definitely the 39 EUR price they had before was a great deal.

We had dinner here last week and it was really nice. Lovely cosy setting. I had the garlic prawns to start. Only bad thing I could say about them was that maybe a half dozen of them instead of just four would better warrant the €9.50 price tag. That said they were delicious. My partner had a cheese dish that was equally lovely. Served with nice hot bread and a huge plate of salad to share. We had the mixed grill to share which is a little pricey at €39 but you are served a lot of food in fairness. In fact if you are going for this and I would highly recommend it, don't bother with starters. The wine list is a little limited and everything on it around €20 average.
