"Das Essen in unserer Runde war im Allgemeinen sehr gut mit etwas Luft nach oben. Schönes Ambiente im Innen- und Aussenbereich. Der Service war leider etwas unaufmerksam, teilweise haben wir auf einzelne Getränke in der Runde über 30 Minuten gewartet und auch nach dem Essen kam niemand mehr um weitere Getränkebestellungen aufzunehmen."

It is really always a very beautiful, discreet and quick-reacting service. Breakfast (buffet, drinks breakfast eggs on order was colorful and extensive. The juices were of good quality. Just criticism: Breakfast was really crazy small. This was a bit embarrassing to me as an empire, because due to the rather high individual price, there are no savings for 15Cent in the country. Too bad, otherwise everything was really great dinner: The food usually has a very good reputation, so this address was just right for me. Because 2 of the guests are enthusiastic chefs and due to the good reputation expect a corresponding top meal at the price. Unfortunately, the expectation was not fully fulfilled (it gave Iberico . The criticism (can I only be given from memory: meat was not ideal for this meat fried and the supplement was experimental, but unfortunately not tasty/not harmonic for the meat. The dessert was extremely good. The wine was a bit too expensive for our wine knife at the table, but I stress this criticism: this is a very strict eater. We paid almost 60 euros per person. Everyone had 2 courses (either appetizer or dessert and to eat regular drinks (no drinking or expensive cocktails). Conclusion: You eat properly, but you also pay properly. The ambience In the summer outside in the Tuscan farm terrace a dream! It was a little too much of a swallowtail stuff for my guests (here a little as a little... But the atmosphere there was acoustically very good, through the plants you always have shadows somewhere. The seat consists of teak groups. Inside, the ambience of attention to detail lives. There is a mix between Grandmas living room and Italian baroque....used colors, decorated stucco elements, small home accessories and old wine bottles on antique tables, sticky floor and a few oriental runners in the middle of the fair. You like it, the other is overloaded. In any case, you feel comfortable there and in an intimate atmosphere. The only thing that is not beautiful inside is the unfinished looking hard fiber blanket. "Attention: EX RK review, old but paid! At noon we reached Lüchow in Wendland. A parking lot on the main road was quickly found, the fees can be overlooked, but with more use there are also free parking in the second row. At first the rat cellar fell in the eye, but seemed to eat for a lunch dish and also had the disadvantage that there were only a few simplest tables in front of the restaurant in praller sun, possibly outside the visibility of the service. In the second row (Parallelstraße) we joined. The Ristorante da Mario is located directly on the bridge and on the banks of the Jeetzel. A small flat building (Bungalow) with just a few tables in front of the restaurant, but on the side there is a beautiful terrace. Old trees and sunsails donate shade. The slightly devastated beds and a small stream round off the whole. When entering the terrace we can choose a free table. On the simple plastic tables there were only ashtrays and a sign with the table number. While we were waiting for the service, some mafiators (pizzen in Cartons) were imprisoned by the local authority and pulled out of the traffic by patrol cars. If the guys in blue order here, the price-performance ratio will probably choose... After we had noticed there was at least one card and after about five minutes a second passed by another waitress. After the order, a plate with cutlery, paper napkins and pizza bread was added. All seemed authentic, from the mom, to the padrone, to the blonde service and, after the padrone, only unhappyly separated cook. The card is not as overboard as with so many “I call myself Italian because it is always shops”. But it's for every taste. A good sign. Moreover, it is clear that meat and fish are likely to be won by regional suppliers and are specifically related to homemade noodles. They should be. Once with mushrooms, tomatoes and rocket as well as orchids with should fillet in cream sauce. Drinks and pizza bread came fast, but the noodles waited about half an hour. Amazing because only two more tables (one of them inside) seemed to be busy and not really many orders were picked up. That the noodles were brought home, they looked at each other. The linguins beautifully al dente and with enough sauce, pleasant stone mushroom aroma, but the rocket too long, so collapsed and tastefully hardly noticeable. A decent performance for 11,50 euros. In contrast, the orchid also tears al dente, but the sauce is almost completely absorbed and the fillet fragments are therefore hardly noticeable, some underdrawn zucchini strips and smooth parsley no longer tear them out. In such a delicate way as to fillet, in my inappropriate opinion it is always better to freeze the fish fillets very short and align them on the self-made noodles. This is usually more appealing in the presentation. In addition, both dishes were almost completely unhurried, which was eliminated with the salt and pepper that were requested. In addition, the statement of the padron on the private circumstances of the cook was also given. Something disappointing for the 12.50 euros. Lunch doesn't seem to be taken seriously. The Espressi ordered at the end were once again excellent as expected. Restaurant and toilets are clean and well maintained. However, the presence of the service is worthy of improvement. In the meantime, the newly arrived inhabitants (goldfish) of the artificial brook race were increasingly important. The kitchen has good approaches, but the implementation should still be done. It can be helpful to ask the current location of the respective cook before ordering...."

"Nun als mehrfache Wiederholungstäter wird es für uns Zeit, eine alles betreffende Bewertung abzugeben: Speisekarte: Übersichtlich gestaltet und gut aufgebaut. Neben den Getränken, der leckeren Auswahl an Hauslimonaden, Hausbier, Cocktails und Co. Gesellen sich köstliche Vorspeisen wie Bruschetta, top gewürzten Oliven, etc. und zum Abschluss einige Nachspeisen. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt definitiv aber bei den Hauptspeisen! Egal ob wirklich hochwertiges Entrecote, Rumpsteak, Filetsteak,... alles auswählbar nach Gewicht und Garzeit, herrlichen Burgern, Rinderrippen, Geflüglel, Fisch oder leckeren Nudelgerichten, für jeden etwas dabei, auch Vegetarisch! Zu den Hauptgerichten gibt es Beilagen wie Steakpommes, Süßkartoffelpommes, Folienkartoffeln, Bratkartoffeln, Champignons,... Und alles kann man on top noch mit einer unglaublich leckeren Sauce verfeinern. Pfeffer , Champignons , Knoblauch , Pikant, ... Egal, diese Saucen runden alles perfekt ab! Essen: Es wird anfänglich der einigen Gerichten zugehörige Salat serviert. Und hier beginnt das schlemmen direkt! Knackig frisch und saftig mit leckerem Dressing. Im Anschluss wird das Hauptgericht (Fleisch) auf heißen Gusseisenplatten angerichtet. Hier werden direkt alle Sinne angesprochen! Das zischen des Fleisches auf dem Eisen, verbunden mit dem in die Nase ziehenden herrlichen Geruches, der Anblick des auf den Punkt gegarten Fleisches, lässt einen kurz Innehalten und steigert die Vorfreude nochmals. Zusätzlich gibt es dann Knoblauchbrot, Kräuterbutter, die gewählten Beilagen und Saucen. Jedesmal ein Erlebnis und unglaublich lecker! Wir waren bereits öfter dort und immer ist sowohl bei mir, als auch bei meinen Freunden alles auf den Punkt gegart und alles in bester Ordnung! Service: Gut essen kann man nur mit gutem Service. Und hier stimmt wirklich alles! Man spürt, dass die Freundlichkeit echt ist und sich für jeden Kunden ins Zeug gelegt wird. Besonders durch unseren Kellner Dosten! egal ob jeder Tisch voll ist und man gerade so einen Platz ergattern konnte oder man der erste Gast ist, es wird sich Zeit genommen, ein sympathisches Lächeln geschenkt und Sonderwünsche umgesetzt. Besonders wenn man draußen sitzt und während des Essens noch etwas nachbestellt, legt der Kellner einen kleinen, aber unaufdringlichen Sprint hin, damit die Zusatzbestellung auch schnellstmöglich noch während des Essens geliefert wird. Abgerundet wird alles durch ein wirklich schönes Ambiente im Gewölbekeller oder bei wärmeren Temperaturen auf dem Marktplatz sitzend, zu später Stunde auch gerne in bereitgestellte Decken gekuschelt. Wer es sich im Wendland wirklich gutgehen lassen will, sollte dem Los Latinos definitiv einen Besuch abstatten."
