After the order, a plate with cutlery, paper napkins and pizza bread was added. All seemed authentic, from the mom, to the padrone, to the blonde service and, after the padrone, only unhappyly separated cook. The card is not as overboard as with so many “I call myself Italian because it is always shops”. But it's for every taste. A good sign. Moreover, it is clear that meat and fish are likely to be won by regional suppliers and are specifically related to homemade noodles. They should be. Amazing because only two more tables (one of them inside) seemed to be busy and not really many orders were picked up. That the noodles were brought home, they looked at each other. The linguins beautifully al dente and with enough sauce, pleasant stone mushroom aroma, but the rocket too long, so collapsed and tastefully hardly noticeable. A decent performance for 11,50 euros. In contrast, the orchid also tears al dente, but the sauce is almost completely absorbed and the fillet fragments are therefore hardly noticeable, some underdrawn zucchini strips and smooth parsley no longer tear them out. In such a delicate way as to fillet, in my inappropriate opinion it is always better to freeze the fish fillets very short and align them on the self-made noodles. This is usually more appealing in the presentation. In addition, both dishes were almost completely unhurried, which was eliminated with the salt and pepper that were requested. In addition, the statement of the padron on the private circumstances of the cook was also given. Something disappointing for the 12.50 euros. Lunch doesn't seem to be taken seriously. The Espressi ordered at the end were once again excellent as expected. Restaurant and toilets are clean and well maintained. However, the presence of the service is worthy of improvement. In the meantime, the newly arrived inhabitants (goldfish) of the artificial brook race were increasingly important. The kitchen has good approaches, but the implementation should still be done.
