"The restaurant is the small town of El Bolao, in the route of the medieval castles of the region of Madrid. It is a good stop in the middle of a touristic journey. it is easily accessible and it is plenty of parking space in the area, duly signed and free of charge. Staff is kind, competent and not intrusive. Food is of good quality and well cooked as per Spanish standards. There is good assortment of starters for any taste. As main course there is fish and meat in good balance. Price is commensurate to value. To sum up an area worth a visit and a restaurant worth the stop."

"We dine squid croquettes in its ink, very good, tuna empanadillas, normal and fries with two sauces, one of paprika and one to the mustard, the latter insipidu. Then we order chicken tacos with tequila sauce, meat with cheese and mushrooms and chicken tikka masala with rice basmati, all well prepared and very rich. It's a steward decorated with a good drip. prices are content and attention is 10."

"Second and desired visit. Fantastic restaurant in a wonderful mountain setting. Typical cuisine with a delicious touch of originality that makes it unique. Excellent service and attention. The owner of the house is very attentive at all times. An extraordinary discovery when everything seemed already seen. I will return to continue exploring their dishes and enjoy the great professionalism and human quality of their staff, with a high note to Sonia who has been a love in her work. Thank you. Time flies when it's fun. And today this was fulfilled. It has been the second visit and there will be a third; I want to continue discovering this place. Isn't gastronomy a great adventure? "Comimos muy bien, en la terraza con unas vistas espectaculares. Nuestro camarero era un poco seco pero en general fueron todos muy amables. Nos acomodaron mejor la mesa para que nos diera la sombra y pudiéramos disfrutar las dos de las vistas. La comida estaba muy buena, sobre todo el foia y el solomillo. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que ni dejan fumar en la zona de la comida ni siquiera en la terraza. Muy recomendable"
