"We placed our order just before 6 PM, and it took an hour and a half for the food to be dispatched. After that, the delivery driver had a flat tire, which added an extra 30 minutes to our wait time, totaling two hours. To make matters worse, our naan breads were missing. While I was offered a credit, I declined and am still waiting for the manager to get back to me to arrange a refund. The kids liked the chicken korma, but the rest of the food was quite bland for adults. Overall, I was really disappointed. Service: Takeout."

"I visited Tuki's Indian Takeaway for the first time and found it to be a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. The naans were probably the best I’ve had in Redditch—perfectly balanced, not too thick and not too thin. The chicken curry was delightful as well. As someone of Indian heritage, I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. Will I return? Absolutely!"

"When I first visited Rily's on August 4, 2017, my son had highly recommended it to me. Over the weekends, we've been on an Indian food tour and have probably tried most of the restaurants in the city. I saw a flyer menu posted in front of the restaurant, but I initially opted for takeout from places I was already familiar with, knowing they offered decent curry. However, after trying Rily's, I can honestly say it was one of the best takeaways I've ever had—a delightful experience both in taste and presentation upon delivery. From now on, Rily's will be my top choice for takeout. I give it a perfect 10/10!"

"I won a contest for a free takeaway from this restaurant and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic. In addition to the takeaway options, they also offered a sit-down menu that was top-notch. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and the staff are very friendly. I would easily give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 rating."

"Me and my sister visit muffin break a couple of times a month for lunch. We used to find it so Convenient whilst having a baby to feed also as there is plenty of space for the pram. We had noticed changes over the last few months to quality of food staff overall service. Yesterday I had gone for lunch and ordered a sandwich, coffee and cake. A lady who was pleasant took my order, as I was going to pay I asked for my blue light card discount to be added which is on my phone. A rude man on the coffee machine shouted over saying sorry I need to see the card in person. I explained it is a card on the app and that it has the same name as my debit card. He then argued saying no he still needs it in person. I went onto explain I had been here so many times and in other shops and my online card should be accepted. After a few minutes of arguing back and fourth the lady did put the discount on. I was shocked that I had to argue my case over £1.20 blue light card discount which has always been allowed. Terrible customer service. I also had spoken to a staff member who works in the centre. I had mentioned about what had happened he also said he had stopped going there due to food quality staff. He is in the centre still working at later hours (1am) and said he had seen food left out on the counters at night. This isn’t good hygiene muffin break does say everything cooked fresh daily. I doubt that very much now. So I sadly we won’t be returning."
