I took the 'Home Brew Master Class ', and could not have been happier. The instructor (Peter) was incredibly knowledgeable and has a real passion for the subject. The classroom/equipment is top notch, as is the coffee you try. The 3 hours flew by, and learned a ton. Highly recommend! PS. I live in the neighborhood, and the coffee shop is also excellent.
