"the good reviews made us come to dinner to this restaurant during our stay in a coruña. the place, although of light, is very nice. the truth is that I drip a lot, although I should say that the purest sushi could feel disappointed, since the rice they use in the preparations is not that of the short-grained japonica variety. I asked the waiter and he assured me that they used sushi rice, so my conclusion is that they should use some variety of sushi rice, medium/long grain, unusual to find in Japanese restaurants. Since we were not regular customers, it took us a bit to get the trick to pick the dishes on the tablet where you have to point the order. the food: very good, in taste and combinations. With the tuna bao you eat the sea to bites; the duck bao: very good!; the tuna and salmon and peanuts, very good. the salmon nigiri and lima ummmm! especially when you bite the lime, and the confided duck nigiri left me without words. of dessert, the dorayaki of beans, left us indifferent (we have eaten them better.) we would come back? for surely we would. the quality of the raw material, the combination of flavors and the service received make it our Japanese restaurant reference in a coruña."
