"Whilst this in a great location next to the river, this appears to be all its got going for it. This is my first go at Venezuelan food and this has not encouraged me to try again. The food was either tough, dry, tasteless or just cold. Plaintain originates from my country too and I used to the sweetness of the taste when my gran used to cook it at home. Here they either cannot get hold of ripe bananas or think they can cheat the English palete because they do not know better. Reality check, I do. I have pork shreddings which was soooo dry it felt like it had sat there the whole day only to land on my plate when I arrived at Not keen on this one at all. Nowt more to say really except it seems to be the fate of canalside dining. Had the same medicore dining experience at nearby Proud. It looks like its views over standards."

This review is specifically for dinner. I am disappointed as I had a great experience with brunch and was hoping dinner would be just as good.

We visited a fantastic brunch place that offers plenty of gluten-free choices. We tried the pork shoulder arepas and they were absolutely delicious.

Rustic, relaxed and quaint – three little words you wouldn’t usually associate with Bethnal Green, but nestled amongst the rows of bars and restaurant on Paradise Row lies Venezuelan restaurant Arepa Co. Voir le carte

We all ordered the same; a tin plate filled with chicken, guacamole, black beans, eggs cooked with tomato and onion, cheese and fried plantains. A little plate of cachapas, Venezuelan corn pancakes came on the side that we ripped and dipped and filled.

perfect for brunch or lunch or just for a drink on the canal. even better at sunny days during summer or even winter always full of tips hours during the weeks, but they can always grab a sky mojito and on their table I will certainly wait again, so many dishes still try

Visited early for lunch. Sat outside in a small area where the sun was shining. We ordered the meal deal which was a small bowl of food and a lemonade. The bowl of food was chicken and was delicious, great combination of flavours. The home made lemonade was so very nice. Overall a great find for lunch and definitely will return again Voir le carte

We visited for dinner on a Wednesday and found the place half full. This place isn’t big though, so bear that in mind if there’s more than four of you coming (so book).I’m not familiar with Venezuelan cuisine but found everything that we ordered tasty. Portion sizes did seem a little small, however we found they were actually quite filling.

while this in a great location next to the river, this seems all they get for it. that is my first way into the Venezuelan food and that has not encouraged me to try again. eating was either hard, dry, tasteless or simply cold. the gips also came from my country and I used to the sweet of the taste when my gran cooked it to home. here they can either not keep mature bananes or think they can cheat the English palate because they don't know better. veritable, I do. I've had a badger that was soou dry, it felt like it was sitting there all day, just to land on my teller when I arrived at 19 o'clock. that's not really sharp. now more to say, really except...read more
