"Outstanding experience! 100% vegetable cuisine is precise, imaginative and sought after. Behind each dish you can see great passion and research (and certainly also a great job). The room is small but cozy (it is worth booking) and there are few tables, so you reserve a great attention to the customer. The service is accurate and fast. Each table is treated with great attention, to make an example they are ready to bring you other bread and grissini as soon as they see that it is ending, without needing to ask expressly. Eating here is not cheap, prices are higher than average but it should be stressed that this is a restaurant above average and prices are absolutely consistent with the quality of the experience offered. In fact, we thought we'd spend more than we actually paid! At the time of the account it has (pleasantly) surprised that they do not charge the covered, which we did not expect given the excellent service received. To conclude, I would therefore recommend it to both vegans and not."

treated in all the details, I did not find an exceptional dessert for my gouves but still all surprising. the project in question is based almost exclusively on vegetables, but a legume occasionally would not hurt me.

Wonderful experience. The 9-course tasting menu (which actually consisted of 11 dishes! really was a journey. Service and atmosphere were top notch. Obviously not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommended. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-10

It was our first vegan gourmet experience. We loved it. The service was very attentive and friendly. We were able to try an amazing orange wine from Italy. All the dishes and the bread were super tasty. I could have used some butter with the bread and parmesan with the pasta though, probably out of habits.
