"Ristorante trovato segnalato su The Fork durante la ricerca di un posto dove pranzare di domenica. Abbiamo scelto La Locanda perché vicino e disponibile ma, in realtà, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Il ristorante è molto semplice, bello e in tema con il suo nome. Il menù non è ampissimo, pochi piatti (ad esempio non abbiamo visto primi ma direi fatti molto bene. Abbiamo scelto dapprima un tagliere di carne (classico ed uno vegetariano ma, data la qualità e bontà dei pezzi, abbiamo scelto di aggiungere un ulteriore tagliere. Ho apprezzato in particolare la qualità dei prodotti e il fatto che fossero preparati sul momento (verdure calde al punto giusto, pezzi di carne ottimi, salumi tagliati simil 'al coltello ' . Successivamente abbiamo scelto tutti un secondo. Chi la tagliata classica, chi al pepe verde, chi la tartare, chi i bocconcini di pollo. In ogni caso la risposta è stata unanime: buono, buono e buono. Piatti ottimi, preparati bene con materie prime di qualità. Porzioni abbondanti. Io, in particolare, ho scelto il filetto al pepe verde e posso dire che era ottimo ad esclusione di un po ' di grasso duro presente nella carne (roba di poco conto . Anche i contorni sono risultati ottimi, caldi e croccanti. Se proprio dovessi trovare una pecca sono i dolci. Ho assaggiato la cheesecake e non mi è piaciuta granché ma sono gusti personali. Personale gentile, disponibile e paziente. Tempi non cortissimi (nonostante una presenza non eccessiva nel ristorante ma credo dipenda dal fatto che sia davvero preparato tutto al momento. Non ho avuto modo di testare o chiedere la disponibilità di piatti per eventuali esigenze alimentari (gluten free o lactose free . Pecca: mancanza di un fasciatoio nel bagno. Conto, in linea con ciò che si è mangiato, di 39 euro a persona per 5 adulti compreso di: 3 taglieri, 4 secondi con 4 contorni, 2 seduti con contorno incluso, porzione extra di polenta fritta, N acqua, coperto, e caffè. Amari omaggio. Assolutamente consigliato"

"Restaurant is under new ownership and has been renewed with very nice touches and different food varieties. Food is very very prepared, with delicate influences and a touch of class. New owner aims to please and was very helpful. Some local dishes available with home made pasta and typical Italian as well with very good and fresh ingredients used. Found pricing also very fair. Definitely worth return visits! Slightly outside of Tirrenia but still within reasonable walking distance and some parking area is available along the street."

"RIP OFF. Following reviews we booked convinced we would find an Italian fish restaurant. Instead it is almost entirely sushi. We had specifically requested a table with a sea view and instead they wanted to seat us at a table at the back of the room. Endless grievances and alka fine table overlooking the sea. Menu where three pages are only of sushi and only half a page of Italian but with only 4 first courses and 4 second courses. Even the wine list with only 4 reds and 4 whites but all of mediocre quality but with prices as if they were exceptional. We took Paccheri and they brought us a plate with 12 Mezzi paccheri but completely drowned in a sauce full of oil. Asked for an Ombrina and they brought us a plate full of vegetables. Looking among the vegetables there was a piece of Umbrina but with an absolutely inedible flavor because it only tasted of fat. Conclusion we left everything. But the most absurd thing was the bill. So high and disproportionate to the food, that it seemed like we were at Cannavacciuolo. At the very least they should say that it is a sushi and not an Italian restaurant. NEVER AGAIN."

"nothing to say about the location, nice sea view place, spacious tables etc. great also the dishes and beautiful the possibility to choose between fixed menu (euro 100 a prs) and à la carte menu. I booked x 3 for the Easter day almost two months before by torino expressly asking if they had a menu the cards and clearly specifying that we would have a big dog (37 kg) and that it would be better a slightly secluded table and with the necessary space. I was answered on both sides and accepted the reservation. on our arrival, I was ready to go first to ask if everything was confirmed: booking, à la carte menu and especially the spacious place for the dog. I was very kind and very kind and reconfirmed, for the last time everything. so we entered all 3 dogs and accompanied us to the table: nice location, great place, space more than enough. and here start painful notes: a blonde woman approaches that takes orders and immediately makes me the joke on the dog that is not a dog. Sister. (and who said it would be a dog. Whatever. we order the paper very reduced compared to normal, but it is Easter, we are): glass of wine, water, two fried sea urchins, a gallinella with polentina and a lamb with fried cardiofis. the blonde lady (who is probably also the owner), begins to get angry for the few dishes ordered since she is Easter. I try to say that for the moment it's okay so and that we would have seen later if we order more: I sincerely wanted to see the amount of the courses before deciding for another. I am very sorry to say that I am not in favor of this, but I am still standing in my mind, and I was very nervous about the fact that, in front of us, she complained loudly, even with her colleague. in fact the portions are quite poor, excellent quality, great goto, but still reduced the quantity. I would certainly have taken something else, but nervous as we had opted for only two sweets, 3 coffees. and anyway because of the blonde woman we ruined a beautiful Easter day. I would like to emphasize that all the rest of the staff is not only kind, but more. so, personally it is not a place that I would return for the whole set of reasons specified, I think making à la carte menu and pretend to take a minimum naturally to head is not right."
