"Not a huge space but super nice, with a window onto the small but efficient kitchen. Excellent typical food, I recommend the dumplings with cheese, the homemade strudel and the craft beer they produce. "Let’s start from the not so good things, if we can say that. Maybe slightly long time to wait between starter and burger? We had one of them lovely locally brewed beer, so no problem. Reeding the other reviews, the waiters aren’t too good in Italian? Not mother tongue for sure, but they were super friendly and super available in explaining everything! Now let’s talk about the burgers.... OMG having lived for 2 years in UK and 1 in US, I have to say that this (probably because it’s the best combination between American recipe and Italian food quality) is definitely the best burger I’ve eaten in the last 15 years; plus you can make your own, so you can exactly choose what I’ll have in it. Beers? 4 beers, 1 for every stage of the evening, but the best one for me, is defenetly the DDH IPA, not really balanced yes, but from a Double IPA, the last thing you want, is being balanced. Only few choices for the dessert, but who cares if that was also super tasty! Definitely I’ll stop here again when I’ll be back in Val Pusteria."

"When in Italy, I always expect a higher level of the culinary finesse. Unfortunately, Panorama is void of that. Perhaps, if one is looking for a pizza and a beer it is an OK place (seems to be popular with families with kids). The soup with mushroom filled Ravioli was a bowl of thin tasteless ... can’t even call it a broth. Ravioli within had no hint of Steinpilz in them. Pasta with home smoked salmon... yeah, there was plenty of smoke flavor in that salmon but the creamy pasta sauce was as tasteless as that soup. Wife had a cordon blue ... was ok but no better than what one can get at a highway restaurant in Germany. Service ... neither fast nor with any personal touch. Normally, I expect a waiter to notice that a dish is left hardly touched and ask if it was not to expectation. The girl taking away the full plate of soup was told it was no good. Yet, no offer of a substitute or a simple: “I’ll take it off your bill”. If you are in the area and are looking for a nice, well priced, and served with care meal give the Picknick a try. Panorama meals prepared with no Love or pride. Below average."
