"On this early Sunday evening the Brousko is already well visited, a reservation is absolutely recommended. The guest room is modern in warm colours. Main dishes are between 15 to 26 euros, the service is efficient. We start with Mezedakia Meze for two people from a variety of small appetizers from the sea these would be sardines, grounded squid rings, octopus salad, kaviacreme Sic! , tuna salad with garlic bread from the recommendation card. This is almost a main dish, with roasted bread it would have been even better. My personal benchmark Taramosalata is the kitchen with Bravour. Continue with the Artemis plate Souvlaki, cattle liver, gyros, rice, tzatziki, mixed salad . Souvlaki is a bit firm for my taste, but that's mugs at the highest level. "Baba Ganoush est super savoureux. Le caissier de Falafel est génial. Nous y sommes venus un samedi soir. Très occupé et a attendu 30 minutes pour avoir notre nourriture. Cela vaut la peine d'attendre. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde, la serveuse faisait du bon travail. Bien organisé."

"After 2 recent excellent meals and experience at Brick + Bone, I will go back again for more. The restaurant is a welcome addition to Karlsruhe's dining options, and the interior space is beautifully designed. The service is attentive -- the staff knows the menu in detail and advises well on it -- and the perfectly cooked and fresh steak is prepared in the way I wanted and expected it to be prepared. The current wines on offer by the glass are excellent for the food offered, in my view. The overall wine list is incredible (bring reading glasses!).Recommendation to restaurant -- would appreciate a pommes offering that includes thinner French style 'pomme frites' in addition to the thicker 'homemade' style on offer currently. Also would be good to offer the spinach side (olive oil?) without as much cream so it's a bit lighter, to be paired with meat.I'm writing this review in hopes that this restaurant can survive and prosper in the difficult Karlsruhe restaurant business -- we want this place to be more well known locally. In short, I want to have this place continue to be a great option for me when I want excellent steak, sides, and good wine, with friendly and knowledgable service."

"we were initially april with our Greek course eating there. the weather was great, you could sit outside, but we had reserved in it because it was cool for this season in the evening. 8 people were put together in the corner at a table, although the neighbour was not occupied and no guests were sitting in this corner. we ordered several appetizers, including 2 plates for 2 people each. when we asked what was exactly on the plates on it, the energized answer came "of everything" which unfortunately was not true. it was a lot (but not everything) on it and it also tasted great part well.We ordered some other things so that everyone could taste everything. the tzatziki was either without garlic or with very little garlic. for a greek shameful bad. the zucchinibällchen were something sweetly fritted, which did not even taste like zucchini. the rest of the food tasted good. Now to the service: after our ordered food was brought to us, we were done/unregistered for the service. the waiter who served us at the beginning, we got no more too face for the rest of the evening. he rather sat in the introductory area with ancestral kinship to tell.Nobody asked if we needed anything else, no one asked if we wanted to drink something. When we wanted to get some bread, we had to shout 3x loud so that someone came. one of us ordered another 1/4 l of wine because he had to drive. 1/2 l wein was brought by a young waiter who did not understand a word German. Finally, a second waiter came in, who understood our complaint and brought the desired also quite fast. Conclusion: eating was the greatest part good, typical classic unfortunately bad, the operation a catastrophe. there are some creeps in carlsruhe that can know their menu and give away and are significantly better especially in matters service. I've never seen this grieche again."

"Usually, when a restaurant claims they serve more than one cuisine, it’s smart to be cautious of what they serve you as they turn out to be better at one kind of food than the other. That’s not the case with soki garden as they know what they’re doing with their sushi and their bun bo nuong cha gio (stir fried beef with vermicelli noodle). They are excellent at both vietnamese and Japanese, and this is coming from someone who has been to both countries multiple times and tried all kinds of local food. The cha gio is flavorful and beef is marinated just right. the chicken was juicy and crispy and the general portions were large. I did not even get a picture of the bun bo nuong as it was quickly devoured as soon as it came out. Will definitely come back when in Karlsruhe!"
