"I decided to start my reviews with this place because it really deserves to be known by everyone. The place looks great, the counter at the entrance is unique, the first neon stands out above it. The place is new like the concept of what it offers. Wings at the entrance are a must for social. The very friendly and knowledgeable waiters accompanied us to the table, gave us the menus and the wine list (many choices of wineries and specialties , immediately brought us water and listed the off-menu items for us. We chose to taste both raw and sandwiches. We took a very well-stocked plate of raw fish for a modest sum (25 euros for oysters, truffles, prawns, scampi, salmon and scallops is a pretty good symptom of freshness . Then we moved on to a poker of tartare so as not to leave anything untried. Very good, carefully prepared, tasty and fresh. A word of advice, the tuna tartare with mozzarella and leek is a must try. The contrast between the melt-in-your-mouth fish and the crunchiness of the leek is fantastic. Then let's move on to the sandwiches. Given my hunger, I opted for the purparler, peasant bread with octopus alla leuciana and buffalo stracciata. I had a little trouble eating it but it was worth it. The experience was really very nice, I will definitely go back, maybe as a couple to sit on the swing. Il locale si presenta benissimo, il bancone all'ingresso è unico, su di questo svetta il primo neon. Il locale è nuovo come il concept di quello che offre. Le ali all'ingresso sono un must per i social. I camerieri molto cordiali e preparati ci hanno accompagnati al tavolo, ci hanno consegnato i menù e la carta dei vini (molta scelta di cantine e specialità , ci hanno subito portato l'acqua e ci hanno elencato il fuori menù. Abbiamo scelto di assaggiare sia i crudi che i panini. Abbiamo preso un plateau di crudi davvero molto fornito ad una modica cifra (25 euro per ostrica, tartufo, gamberi, scampi, salmone e capesante è un presso giusto sintomo di freschezza . Poi siamo passati ad un poker di tartare per non lasciare nulla di non provato. Molto buone, preparate con cura, saporite e fresche. Un consiglio, la tartare di tonno con mozzarella e porro è assolutamente da provare. Il contrasto tra il pesce che si scioglie in bocca e la croccantezza del porro è fantastica. Passiamo poi ai panini. Data la fame ho optato per il purparler, pane cafone con polipetti alla leuciana e stracciata di bufala. Ho avuto un po di difficoltà a mangiarlo ma ne è valsa la pena. L'esperienza è stata davvero molto bella, ci ritornerò sicuramente, magari in coppia per sedere sull'altalena."

Locale piccolino ma molto curato e giovanile. Molto buona e originale la proposta di panini con pesce. Davvero divino il panino 'shella 'con baccalà peperoncini verdi e maio alle olive. Unica pecca le fritture troppo unte. Prezzo medio-alto.

Ci siamo fermati di sabato sera io e il mio ragazzo e nonostante ci fosse gente, le portate sono arrivate subito. Locale accogliente e staf gentilissimo. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, per non parlare della bontà dei panini! Ritorneremo presto.

Buon panino con ripieno di pesce. L'idea è buona e il panino è, per qualità e sapore, anni luce avanti ad un Mac Donald Fish, tanto per citare un possibile concorrente. Si può anche mangiare primi e secondi di mare. Siamo ritornati dopo un primo, cauto, accesso esplorativo e dobbiamo dire che ha confermato la buona impressione della prima volta. Sarà stata la novità , sarà stata l’atmosfera , sarà stata la fame , ma come sono stato bene stasera ! Locale perfetto in tutte le sue espressioni , nella gente che lo frequenta , nella cortesia dei proprietari e dei camerieri, nella qualità superlativa del cibo rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale ! Cose nuove da mangiare curate nei minimi dettagli della presentazione e del gusto ! Mancava un locale così a Caserta e sono certo di due cose : avrà successo ex io tornerò spesso . Grazie
