Great ambience, delicious cakes, friendly service and suitable for a short break from everyday life.

On our tour, we came to this lovely cafe. The coffee was perfect and the Baiser-Mango Torte Schmeckte was excellent. If I'm back in Erfurt, I'll definitely return there

The old town café is located in a historic house on the Gera. There is a beautiful terrace on the river. In addition to coffee, tea and cake, there are small snacks and local wines from the Saale/Unstrut region.

We wanted to warm up briefly and returned to the old town café. The cafe is standing in 70s style, plastic clinkers decorate the vases. The beer was not to be stopped, the hot chocolate left a disgusting aftertaste. It was really bad when old fat was apparently warmed up in the kitchen, the swaths moved into the inn, just disgusting.

At one of our numerous and beautiful walks through the historic Erfurt we found this small very cozy café. The owner, with her very charming way, ensured a pleasant atmosphere. I can only confirm that the cake is prepared with love and heart. You like to stay here and don't want to go back so fast. We are happy to come back to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. In pleasant surroundings were reserved for our group in the cafe places. The offer of cakes was very versatile and wonderfully fresh. Too bad that the good ambience was disturbed by the neglect of the guests.

The food is based on the past and tastes the same, but prices do not match. The roasted potatoes were very little fried. However, the café is always filled with coffee guests and running customers for cakes. So he seems to be recommended. You should be patient.

We wanted to bite in the evening and land in the old town café. The dishes offered were quite acceptable for a café, but what was made of them.... The **** on the roast potatoes was poured over with yogurt salad dressing, terrible! You can also have a glass of remulade in the refrigerator. The roast potatoes were very authentic, fried potatoes, nothing else. We know you with spices, onions and bacon... A rough Max was a challenge to fight through hard bread covered with a foil sausage.
