Nel cuore della Val di Non , la Pineta è sicuramente il riferimento per gustare le prelibatezze tipiche della zona. Rispettoso dell'ambiente e della tradizione, offre una cucina in grado di esaltare i prodotti di stagione (con i sempreverdi Tortei) con le primizie che la natura è in grado di offrire. Ambiente tipico in legno, informale ma anche elegante, adatto a gruppi ma anche per una cena romantica. Menzione speciale per l'importante cantina con un'ottima selezione di etichette, dove ovviamente la fanno da padrone il Teroldego e I vini dell'alto Adige.
