"Having a dairy allergy, I asked for the cheese to not be put on my Caesar salad. The salad arrived with tons of cheese on top. I told the kitchen waiter this and he said he would bring me a different salad. New salad was brought with seemingly no cheese on it. I ate it hungrily and after eating about 1/2 of my food realized that it had many small pieces of cheese still in there. So they had just manually removed the cheese and gave me the same salad with the big pieces removed. Firstly, that is so gross. Did they use their fingers to remove the many Parmesan pieces so my salad had someone’s fingers all in it. Yuk! Secondly, now I will have horrible stomach cramps and be possibly throwing up all night. We had a very nice waitress who was very apologetic and went to talk to her manager about what happened. Apparently because I had eaten half of my salad the manager would not take salad off the bill but offered a tea to me. We were a party of 3 and had ordered drinks and other main dishes as well. This was not the only item on the bill. It’s not about the money, but rather about how you treat your customers after you as a business have messed up. Not impressed and will def. not be eating here again."

We were surprised that the services remained so friendly and careless at the docking. Only the volume has disturbed us. Why do people have to scream when they sit at the table.

... and again we had found a good time in the ALEX.... fast a table, the employee was attentive and friendly.... the ordered drinks came on time...... what more... thank you.... again happy ....

they don't have much vegan, but what they have is delicious. sometimes there were vegan apple cakes. it may have to be asked more often that it is more common. I find it very bad that there are no sweet drinks for the coffee. Voir le carte

There are vegan cappuccino, but the buffet has nothing vegan except bread rolls, fried vegetables and fruit salad. The buffet is huge and versatile, but hardly vegan: no vegan cheese, no vegan sausage, no vegan salads, no vegan milk... very bad.

Nice large restaurant, but a big disadvantage that all the smoke from the terrace entered through the open windows making it very unhealthy for staff and visitors. The quality of the food, especially the vegetarian falafel salad was very good. Took a long time to prepare despite the place was far from full.

We went to Alex for breakfast yesterday. And later after shopping for some cool drinks there. In the morning and late afternoon we were served friendly. The staff was attentive, friendly and nice. We were served, the plates were clean after breakfast. The breakfast buffet was a contact person who reacted immediately when something was missing, like cutlery... The buffet was varied, appealing and delicious. In the late afternoon I found the versatile beverage card very appealing. From fruit choir to ice tea....all very tasty and beautifully dressed. I can especially recommend the Yuzo-Lemonade! We like to come back!
