"Era dai tempi della Pinsere in via Flavia a Roma che non mangavo più una Pinsa così buona! Bravo Alexander, promotore e gestore del ristorante L'Artista, coadiuvato dalla simpaticissima e competente Sommelière Morena e naturalmente a tutto il team, complimenti. Ambiente curato, informale e accogliente, prezzi onestissimi. sufficenti posteggi anche se, vista la grande scelta di vini tra cui molte cicche quasi introvabili, è forse opportuno recarsi coi mezzi pubblici, la fermata del bus è proprio di fronte al ristorante. ad ogni modo o in treno o in auto sono 30 min dal cntro di zurigo e merita. ho avuto il piacere di cenare già 3 volte all'artista ed ogni volta è stata una sorpresa, oltre al servizio veloce e accurato, ogni volta Alexander ci ha proposto delle specialità fuori carta frutto degli acquisti del giorno, vale quindi la pena farsi consigliare e potrebbe capitarvi un piatto di pesce o frutti di mare che sembrano appena pescati e per chi non hai mai provato la Pinsa romana, può sempre provarla quale antipasto. bravi e alla prossima!!!"

"The rating here relates mainly to the service (the food is great and we rated it separately). We have visited the Steakhouse at the Marina several times, some for dinner and some for the mornings, which is where the hotel 's breakfast buffet is located. Unfortunately, the service staff is unfriendly and annoyed by the various concerns of the guests, which is also shown openly and happily. We were a large wedding party, a significant part of which also stayed in the hotel. We were told by our guests (some of whom had come from Israel and were accordingly tired and exhausted) and some of us experienced it ourselves that we were annoyed and asked to leave the restaurant after the time for breakfast had expired, man but still sat at breakfast, while two other guests, who did not belong to the group, were allowed to continue drinking their coffee in peace. When asked in a friendly manner whether one could have a coffee, the answer was, yes, yes, the coffee is coming, calm down and when asked whether one could have a tomato, if you want a tomato, go to the Supermarket . That 's just rude and cheeky. It 's a shame, because the Hotel Marina offered an amazing service during the wedding celebrations and tried to accommodate practically all of our requests. We would want to celebrate our wedding there again at any time. The event managers, Nadine Graf and Zoe de Wijdt, deserve special praise. But the behavior of the service staff at the breakfast buffet is unacceptable. If you behave like that, you 're wrong in gastronomy. A pity. Those who want a pleasant service prefer to visit the osteria on the other side of the hotel. "Wow, was eine Perle am oberen Zürichseeufer. Ein superfreundliches Personal mit typischer Italienischer Gastfreundschaft und Flair. Bei meinem Besuch auf der Terasse kam es mir vor, als würde ich irgendwo in der sonnigen Toskana sitzen. Als Gast merkt man im Umgang, dass es sich hier um ein Familienbetrieb handelt, der hoffentlich noch über viele weitere Generationen bestehen bleibt. Selbst der jüngste Sohn packt bei stressigen Tagen mit an und bringt den Gästen die Teller an den Tisch. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant widerspiegelt sich auch in der Küche. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und so richtig ITALIENISCH. Damit meine ich, dass zum Beispiel die Spaghetti Carbonara ohne Sahne gemacht wird, wie es das traditionelle Rezept auch vorschreibt. In der Schweiz gibt es leider sehr wenige Restaurants die noch auf diese Zubereitung setzen. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, dass sich ein Restaurantbesuch auf jeden Fall lohnt und das Essen köstlich ist. PS: Probiert unbedingt das unglaubliche Tiramisu"

"Das Sushi ist zwar geschmacklich wirklich gut, aber wie schon vor einiger Zeit berichtet, ist der Service einfach nur unfreundlich! Nach 40 Minuten Hauptgang keine Frage nach Nachspeise oder weiterem Getränk. Und dann der Hammer: „Wollen Sie nicht mehr bei uns essen?“ Unprofessionell höchsten Grades. Statt sich ein Top Review abzuholen, alles zerstört und frech, wie es kein professioneller Wirt jemals machen würde. Also gibt es halt wieder das schlechstmögliche Review. Denn der Chef hält es ja nicht mal für nötig sich um den Gast zu kümmern. NIE WIEDER und rate jedem ab dort hin zu gehen. Besser ins Makoto in Horgen da stimmt eben auch die Professionalität im Service!"

"Excellente Küche und freundliche und kompetente Beratung und Bedienung hat uns bei unserem ersten Besuch in diesem wunderschön und freundlich ausgestatteten Restaurant erwartet! Durch Freunde auf die Qualität zwar aufmerksam gemacht, waren wir dennoch total überrascht! Das ganze Lokal in einer eher nüchternen Umgebung (Gebäude, Strasse etc) ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichet und man fühlt sich schon beim Eintreten sofort wohl und „zuhause“. Die Beratung durch die Chefin war sehr kompetent und das wunderschön präsentierte Essen für unseren Geschmack und ohne zu übertreiben hervorragend!! Das Wirte-Ehepaar war immer präsent und gab uns das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in jedem Fall und wir werden mit Bestimmtheit nicht das letzte Mal Gast sein im Oliveiras!"
