But the surprise came after, because really we tried a novel culinary experience, wonderful pleasure of flavors mixed by a genial and artistic culinary handling of chef Domenico to him we want give Our appreciation, for his knowledge in culinary performance, very impressive for excellent taste and effective plates preparation, great cooking and good performance ! We were clever to select our served plates to judge the chef capability , but many other choices we will discover next time. Cheers to all of Campidoglio staff..."
