"When I was looking for a restaurant that offered the hot stone, I was pleased to find Schori's Bahnhof. I am completely impressed by the offerings and services offered by this family business. I had a great crecette cocktail, the seasonal Hischentrecôte and the pannacota with red wine orange. Everything was wonderful and the icing on the cake was the personal greeting and farewell from the boss. Gastronomy at the highest level. Bravo. If I'm in the region from Eastern Switzerland again, I'd love to come back."

"As a family we visited this restaurant in October for an afternoon coffee and cake we were just driving past . We enjoyed it so much that we promised ourselves that we would come back one evening for dinner, this we did in December just before Christmas. I just can 't praise this establishment too much. From the moment we walked through the door it was like visiting friends in their home for a meal, a lady took our coats and then took us through to a small dining room, about 20 covers , what a lovely quiet room , there were about another 10 guests in the room , really cosy and homely, we had a large round table for the 4 of us spotless table linen and cutlery. We ordered our apero 's whilst we studied the menu. Not a large menu but a good selection whilst we were deciding what to order we were presented with a nice canapé to keep us going whilst our 1st course arrived. Our waiter was 1st class he was very attentive throughout the meal, never an empty glass and our food served quickly and efficiently. My choice of main course was Trout with a choice of being pan fried, oven baked or grilled I chose the fried Trout which came with some lovely plain boiled potatoes , no fancy sauces just a small jug of the hot butter which the fish had been cooked in , delicious . And I must say a real treat to be given the correct cutlery for the food I was eating. Something which is lacking in so many good restaurants today . Yes , I know I am of the old school . Our waiter was at hand to remove the head and frame from the table after I had filleted the fish, no doubt he would have done that for me if I had asked . My dessert a Zwetschgen sorbet which was excellent , I think the waiters hand was a bit unsteady when he poured the Zwetschga wasser over the sorbet , very nice too . Our meal was helped down by a lovely bottle of Jeninser Blauburgunder , an excellent wine and finished off with coffee. Something I have not experienced in a long time was the appearance of the Chef to greet his guests just as we were leaving. All in all a wonderful relaxing evening. We came away feeling like guests, not customers. And excellent value at 400 chf for 4 persons."

"Wir essen als Familie immer wieder gerne in typischen amerikanischen Restaurants. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Das Ambiente passt hervorragend. Die Karte bietet eine übersichtliche Wahl an Speisen. Da finden alle etwas was man mag. Die Vorspeise wurde sehr schnell serviert, aber dann war die Zeit fast grenzwertig bis die Hauptspeisen kamen. Es war ok, aber länger sollte es nicht dauern.Einer der Hauptakteure auf der Karte ist der Classic Burger. Leider hat dieser das Badibeiz Niveau erreicht. Einfach die gefrorenen Supermarkt Hackfleischscheiben angebraten, ein Blatt Salat und ein Tropfen Ketchup. Schade.Ich denke da ist noch viel Luft nach oben beim Burger.Sonst ist alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder."

"Mein Freund und ich haben im Rahmen des Dreierleis dieses Restaurant, welches für uns persönlich der Sieger des Wettbewerbs ist, besucht. Die heimelige Atmosphäre lädt zu einem gemütlichen Abend ein. Bereits die Vorspeise, die Tapas, haben all unsere Erwartungen, übertroffen. Weiter ging es zur Hauptspeise - ein Fleischgericht war angesagt, für welches das Tscheppach's bekannt ist und dies zu Recht finden wir. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze mit einem feinen Dessert. Für uns war der Aben von A bis Z sensationell und wir werden sicher wieder kommen!"

"Die Karte wurde überarbeitet. Das vegane Steak café de paris kann ich sehr empfehlen. Essen 10/10 Service immer noch so unglaublich schlecht wie vor einem Jahr Siehe Bewertung auf dem Bild) Die Chefin total unfreundlich. Nur die blonde Frau ist sehr nett. Darf aber keine Bestellungen entgegen nehmen.?!?! Wir wurden erst nach 30 Minuten gefragt, was wir essen möchten. Kein nettes Wort. kein kurzes entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit . würde ja nichts kosten etwas freundlich zu sein) anschliessend 1h aufs Essen gewartet. kein nettes Wort. einfach unglaublich. Das Servicepersonal macht auch kein Geheimnis daraus, dass es genervt ist. 1/10 Ambiente: schöne Terrasse. Die eingesperrten Vögel in einer Voliere, in der sie nicht fliegen können, entsetzt mich auch jedes Mal aufs Neue. Die armen Pipsis. :"
