The service was slow despite the lack of customers. The sandwiches were disappointingly small.

No issues or quibbles with anything just a perfect way to relax and enjoy the ambiance and stunning views.

A great Afternoon tea with prosecco experience booked for a friend's birthday. Three members of staff even sang Happy birthday along bringing the cake. Slightly bit pricey afternoon tea for location comparing to central London hotels, but all was delicious, staff was helpful and scenic view of Thames through the window made it a very lovely experience overall.

We had a nice afternoon and they were great at letting us stay for longer than we were really allowed. However the food was not great, we had stale sandwiches and there was limited choice so some people didn’t get to try all the sandwiches on offer. Definitely not enough cakes either and service was slow considering it is was quiet. Not sure it’s really the place for afternoon tea. Voir le carte

The restaurant offers a lovely setting for afternoon tea with a view of the river. The food was freshly prepared and delightful, and the staff was attentive. They kept our prosecco glasses filled without needing to be asked. The only downside is that the walk from the tube station to the restaurant can be a bit challenging; it's not the easiest place to locate, so be sure to give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to find it.

We arrived promptly for our reservation, only to be informed that the restaurant had no record of our booking. I presented the email confirmation, but they claimed it had not been received, despite being made months in advance. The food was enjoyable, but I was surprised by the service charge added to the bill. This unexpected charge, along with the cost of water, added an additional £30 to our total, resulting in a bill of £180 for five people. Keep this in mind if you choose to dine here.

This was for my daughter's birthday. The service was amazing all thanks to TIMEA. She really went out of her way to make sure that our experience was special and thats how we felt Special. 2 of the party just wanted normal bread for the sandwiches as we didn't like the Artisan Bread on offer and TIMEA made sure this was taken care of with no fuss at all. She also came up to our table to tell us her shift was finished and she said Goodbye to each and everyone of us.
