afternoon tea is beautiful, it would recommend definately, all about it was great, staff very helpful, homemade eating was delicious and atmosphere very relaxing.

Had such a great day and night with friends. Such a lovely hotel and the staff were great. Johnathan especially he is so lovely and made us all feel so welcome. Thankyou we will 100% be back.

We had our amazing wedding day here a year ago today and could not fault any of the day! Everything went so smoothly, staff made it all perfect and were good at calming my nerves ???? would definitely recommend!

stayed here last wkd and upgraded to the lyssia suite absolutely beautiful rooms. staff very helpful and friendly hotel is immaculate eating was great will defo soon back well made and thanks for a beautiful stay

Breakfast was absalutely disgusting the whole hotel got a refund so we ended up with nothing pool was fully booked so had nothing atal to do! Then the told us we should of had a phone call to see if we wanted to book the pool BUT DIDNT!!!

We have just been married at the Clarion (25/01/2020) and we would like to thank Julie Diane and every member of staff that were involved in making this the most memorable occasion. The service we received was impeccable, not just for ourselves but also for all of our guests, highly recommend this hotel for a wedding

really helpful staff. beautiful and friendly. the place is comfortable. beautiful beds, air conditioning and windows that are open. there is a gym, jacuzzi, etc. we had a meal in the hotel and a good menu. the price is in contrast to easy access and well lit parking. good location near A1/A19 and main Newcastle-Sunderland road.

Unfortunately the hotel had to cancel an events night due to the corona virus. Received a polite telephone call to inform me and also to say that the refund had been processed back to my bank. So refreshing and a very different experience to what I had with a different hotel booked event, they tried every which way to get out of paying a refund. Well done clarion for your professionalism and lack of greed.

The staff at this restaurant are very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable with cozy beds, air conditioning, and windows that open. The hotel also offers a gym, jacuzzi, and other amenities. The menu at the hotel restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced. The car park is easily accessible and well-lit. The location is convenient, near the A1/A19 and the main Newcastle-Sunderland Road.
