"A very , very disappointing experience. The waiter was apparently new, so fair to give him a chance, but we held our breath to see if our margarita cocktail turned into a pizza…….after a long wait we were pleasantly surprised to receive a drink though where the tequila went, who knows? The main courses both involved risotto which was more like wallpaper paste than any rice dish. The manager was eager to make amends, so opted for a couple of salads…….yes they were edible and the prawn one had more prawns than the risotto! Truly terrible not a place that we will ever revisit!"

So slow! Worst customer service, wouldn't honour customer's word after screwing up the order on their behalf.

My experience was not a good one. They had no record of my booking when i arrived. The food was at best ok, but well overpriced.

Warm welcome excellent service. Beautiful chandeliers and decor. Good atmosphere gentile but lively. We had warm salads very nicely prepared. I shall definitely visit again. Voir le carte

Excellent service, tasty food and no problem getting our. food in plenty of time to get to theatre opposite for Jersey boys. Thank you Carmen for remembering us when we popped in for coffee the next day.

Very pleasant place to have afternoon tea. We preferred the savoury selection compared to the sweet offerings. Nicely decorated interior. Only grumbles: the first time we asked for a tea top up, water was added to the original tea bag making for a very weak second cup. We asked for another top up and removed the used tea bag so they had to use a fresh tea bag. The music was a little irritating could have been a bit quieter or a different playlist.
