We were recommended to try Caffe Concerto and we had a pleasant experience. The sandwiches and scones were excellent. Although the desserts were not our top choice, we were so full from the sandwiches and scones that it didn't bother us!

We changed our order to a shared bruschetta, ice cream, lemonade and champagne. We came up from Brighton for the Chelsea Show. We found Caffe Concerto last year and had afternoon tea then, which was delicious. It was much hotter this year so we changed our order to the above it was all delicious and Caffe Concerto is now very much a part of our Chelsea Flower Show visit. See you next year! Voir le carte

would be recommended only cautiously because of the food and preparation. unfriendly, cold staff with service that borders on indifference (at best) to hostility (at worst case). the type of employment where they seem reluctant they are only slightly heated when we pay and leave. if a tip was released, would have left nothing, but unfortunately it was mandatory. will not return to the future.

Unfortunately, I would not return to the caffeine concert for the afternoon. if I had not bought the deal via groupon, I would have requested a refund! the cakes that we were terrible and the scorpses were dry, so far from what I expected. regarding the cost of what we ate (not eating) it was not worth the money at all. I have booked the venue for a birthday contract, and we landed on it and go to dinner elsewhere, it's such a shame that it ruins the parties. the staff was quite friendly and did their best to accommodate us, swore about eating!

I went here for my 20th Birthday, booked a table of 8 for afternoon tea. When I came the table wasn't ready and they never asked for my reservation name. Then the waitress gave us lunch menus after stating we'd be having afternoon tea. And as only 4 of us had arrived and the other 4 were parking the other car. The waitress asked if she could bring everything out now? I felt about rushed and the waitress had very poor attitude towards us. Table maintenance wasn't the best as everyone had finished their teas and it was on the table for 2 hours. I understand it got a bit busy but I could feel the stress from this waitress and it wasn't pleasent. The manager I don't remeber a name did look after... Voir le carte
