Food quality quite poor generally a bit bland and overcooked. Despite nice looks from the outside the pub really lacks atmosphere hard to put your finger on but I think a combination of bright lighting, lack of soft furnishings and no music meant it felt pretty sterile.

We had our small wedding reception here. The welcome was warm, the food well cooked and presented. The service was quick and professional. Everyone was attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings are lovely in a beautiful countryside setting with plenty of parking. Everything was easy to access. Couldn’t recommend Stacey and her team enough. Five star for sure

I had never visited this venue before and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It was so beautifully presented and delicious. The friend I was with, and I had 2 starters each instead of a main course I loved the soft shell crab tempura and then the eggs Benedict with Parma ham. Steve, the chef told me how to poach an egg the way he had done. I have yet to try it but he made it sound simple. We would definitely go again. Voir le carte
