really good cutting pizza with very digestible paste (long leavening) and oo of whole and particular flour mixtures. One of the best I ate.

Loooooove their pizza! also very easy to digest since they use ancient grains and longer fermentation times! Really recommend, my favorite is the Calcio e Pepe!

Excellent light crust. I particularly liked the artichoke pizza. The fried peppers, potatoes, etc look tempting but don't live up to their appearance. Nice guy behind the counter also.
