"As a traveler try to avoid typical restaurants that sell to tourists. We picked a neighborhood restaurant that has good reviews. It appeared was a good choice. We ordered Busiate with pesto trapanses and grilled swordfish. Both of them were very nicely made. The eggplant caponata has very unique flavor was a great choice for starter. At the end Chief Davite introduced me a local liqueur called Monte Polizo for a memorable night at the end. I thank him for the hospitality that he treats the visitors feel like home. "This is a pleasantly located restaurant with nice views of the sunset. The service was slick and the pizza was above average. We had a problem when we came to pay the bill. The fork offered a 20% discount on food. We intended to give this discount as a tip, but had agreed that arguing over the bill in a foreign language for a few euros was not worth it (as we had done the night before) .When the bill came there was a line in it that said 20% discount 1 euro when it should have been around 8. I put the 10 euros I had planned to tip back in my pocket and paid the bill. The waiter knew there was a problem (and maybe saw his tip disappearing) and said he thought there was a mistake and went to the manager, but came back and said it was all OK . This made it worse as it was now clear this wasn’t just an error. Once more the 10 euros went back in my pocket. Disappointing as otherwise the evening had been fine."

"The decor was tired, and having booked a table the previous day we were placed next to the toilet and a pile of paper deliveries. The food was “ok” but the mixed fish starter for 2 was disappointing, with much less fish in it than expected, and my bucatini con sarde had a good sauce, but the pasta did not taste like fresh pasta. My partner’s sepia was good. I would not rush to make a return visit"

"The Argentinian entrecote was perfect! The american was too fatty and almost impossible to eat. The Uruguay entrecote was also good! And the spaghetti was very good and fresh! The waiters is too stressed and fortets to pay attention to customers who is already there. Would have loved it if they had come to the table and asked if everything was ok or if we wanted something else. A bit to expencive for the lack of service… you come, get the food and drinks, pay and go home…"

"consigliato! abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone alle 21.45 dopo una visita alle esercitazioni. Il ristorante si trova nel centro. abbiamo mangiato nel gazebo esterno, dove ci sono pochi tavoli. pesce fresco e di qualità (si noti positivi che alcuni piatti di pesce sono 'fuori del menu', perché non sempre il pesce della giornata garantisce l'esecuzione del piatto). Raccomando di prenotare e di arrivare un po' prima (molto difficile da trovare parcheggio). prezzi eccellenti. personale super cordiale e cordiale. alessandro"
