"I'm happy. really happy! I wait for a restaurant like this close to me since I moved to london. I finally have everything I hoped (and more! 0.1 mile from my door. some people have only luck! 108 in london is not connected with rene redzepi restaurant 108 in kopenhagen (as some might think the “108” in the name of the restaurant in notting hills golborne street, comes from the construction number, although I am quite sure that rene would enjoy this fantastic place and approve! 108 was created as a local eating by a team tuned in the sky: chris denney, the chef who previously worked in some famous kitchens (between them: david Thompson’s took, nuno Mendes’ viajante, phil Howard’s the square, enrico crippas three Michelin-starred piazza duomo in alba ... and luca longobarfia, known as “ the energy and enthusiasm that radiate the two radiations are very embodied in the pulsating feeds. Chris’ boil shows his great selection of aromes acquired through his travel through various kitchens and cultures, and a great technique learned by some of the greatest cooks. he loves to play with inners and some other less appreciated ingredients, which he masterfully turns with subtle accents and a perfect cooking art into dishes for which he is to die. They are “simply” based on subtle combinations of aromen and textures that are intense but get a beautiful lightness. the moscato poached birne, kamille and pear butter was one of the most subtle sweet joys I had in the last months, and I had many of them. a pure joy! 108 garage, which is loved by food critics and foods alike, is two months after its opening in the evening months in advance. they must have luck getting a table due to a cancellation (always try or enjoy their wonderful dishes at midday. a place that was created as a local food, became one of the most exciting food destinations in london and another reason for the trip to the pulsating golborne and portobello against the notting hill."
