It is of course the reportage on TF1 which made that I chose this place, and I regret not a second not more than the 4 other people who accompanied me I was lucky to be able to book (during the holiday season Strasbourg is on reservation We chose regional dishes, sauerkraut and ham, it was famous. The service is fast it did not take more than 15 min between the order and the arrival of the dishes on our table. I found the staff most friendly, and the atmosphere friendly. Example tonight there were 3 birthdays (including mine the boss rings a bell and the whole room takes happy birthday in heart, I really appreciated this friendliness. Le service est rapide il ne s 'est pas passé plus de 15 min entre la commande et l 'arrivée des plats sur notre table. J 'ai trouvé le personnel des plus sympathiques, et l 'ambiance chaleureuse. Exemple ce soir il y avait 3 anniversaires (dont le mien la patronne sonne une cloche et la salle entière reprends joyeux anniversaire en cœur, j 'ai beaucoup apprécié cette convivialité.
