Avis d 'origine We used The Fork app to reserve a table here since it had a 20 off offer this evening. The food was pretty good, we both had the Cordon Bleu and wine. Food portions were large and quality was good. It was reasonably priced. The wait staff seemed really nice honestly until the end when we received the bill. I have only ever used the app once before and that was in a different country so I was unsure of how exactly the discount works. I attempted to ask the first waiter who did not understand in English obviously understandable since we are in France , he went to get the second waiter who came over to our table. I asked her if the amount that was deducted was the 20 from the app and whether it was deducted only from certain items or from the whole bill, to which she rather rudely responded that I can take it off if you want referring to the discount . This reaction made us not want to return to an otherwise lovely restaurant. Unfortunate. I am a little afraid to leave this review though given their very harsh and unprofessional responses to some of the other bad reviews on here !"

"There are times when as a diner you think you may have stumbled on something good that no one else knows about. We booked this restaurant on Open Table and noted it was pretty new but thought the menu was interesting. Anyway we arrive and realise something was a bit odd. There was a singer dj and guitarist but no guests. We were not sure of our decision but we’re taken to our table after some confusion. After a while we discover this is their first night although we were made to feel like intruders not welcomed at all. We ordered hoping the welcome and the random ambience would improve music volume was so loud we asked for it to be reduced twice . Our waiter was distracted and not on it. Remember we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. We ordered the lamb great but not warm enough . Then our deserts came and life became more surreal . My desert looked good and tasted ok until I discover the remains of a plastic sachet in the food ! We complained and the owner came a few minutes later and said the chef apologised…a sort of partial apology. They offered to remove the desert cost from our bill but nothing else ! No free glass of wine nothing. I refused another dish. While my wife was finishing her desert our waiter presented the bill without myself of my wife asking for it. It was a surly action almost trying to get us to leave. By this stage there were a few more diners in the restaurant a lady near us had a scarf on her chair it fell onto the floor. The Maitre De walked past it and left it I then alerted the grateful guest after he had moved on. Finally after this most strange of evenings we got up to leave. No one came over to talk to us as we walked out no one said goodbye out of 4 staff we passed all of which we has spoken to . We then tried to leave the restaurant the door would not open internal electric we waited a couple of minutes for the owner to realise our plight and let us out. In one word terrible."
