"We went here for dinner and on arrival they took a while finding us a table even though there were plenty of spare ones (it was later in the evening). They then took ages to take our order and there was a long wait for the food. Eventually when it arrived, my husband was given something he hadn't ordered. When he raised this, the waitress said she realised it was a mistake but didn't apologise. We had another long wait for the correct meal but the waitress then neglected to bring the wine or any cutlery! She had also ignored the request for a medium cooked steak and brought a very rare one, which was very tough. The food was generally tasteless and the rudeness and lack of apology from the staff made it very unpleasant."
