"warm welcome to our arrival at 8:45 pm. After having settled at the designated table and an endless waiting of at least 25 minutes for the installation of the covers (when doing the service was engaged with other customers who arrived after us) we suffered a hemorrhage of inconvenience in the service. First of all, the service staff informed us of the absence of about 8 dishes on the 10 proposed à la carte .fault of choice a simple order: a fries steak and what it was like fish for my colleague but 5 minutes later the waitress informs us that there are no more fries, so go for the ratatouille (between us who are we mocking? the fries are at the frozen base.! we understood well that the priority was to close the kitchen) in front of our fairly virulent reaction the waitress take on it to offer us the coffee. at the time of the arrival of the dishes we offer to our great astonishment 2 plates of fish, so we repress a plate ! The leader of the row confuses himself in apology and offers us the coffee first! We're already proposing to oppose him! So it will be the dessert buffet that will be offered to us. in summary a disastrous service (although they have had attention to go through the experienced inconveniences) and a kitchen office that is not respectful to the customers and/or overflowed.on our 5-day stay we never returned to it again"
