"Go during the day time.. Was just there at night it was absolutely bizarre. Could not figure out if it was a food of drinks establishment. Server came back, threw menu in my face, walked away, I looked at it, he came back, I asked to start w a bottle of water, he told me to leave. I was seeking food and would have also ordered a cocktail? Very Bizarre"
