When I asked if someone could bring us a carafe of water because the Nutella waffles were going to make us thirsty, I was told curtly that there was no carafe in the afternoon and that if I wanted to drink water, you had to pay for a bottle of mineral water! Is it only me that this shocks? Really commercial that!!!"
