"we need to visit france every year, just to eat at this wonderful place! it was the quintessential mix of 5-star food and warm, friendly, unpredictable service. we were the first in the evening of our reservation, and we were a bit worried that the absentness of others meant that we made a mistake in choosing the best place to eat, but these fears were soon erased. swan (sp. took care of us, and the owner has every ding we ordered and chat with us between the curses. at the end of our meal we asked him to call us a taxi for the 10-minute drive back to our hotel. he refused to do it and drove us himself! I mean, come on! how amazing is that? and he has fucked a great old guide into the Provence in my hands to help us visit our region to boot! that was one of the best experiences we ever had in France."
