"Chongqing is what I could call a Chinese canteen, but in the noble sense of the term. A place where you cook simple, but fresh and good at a very correct price. Do not expect a mass of tasteless dishes or frozen products as in most buffets, but wait for a taste that only people who have been in China can know. The room has nothing fabulous, but it's clean and the waitress is nice. The service is made "to Chinese" without precise order, just when the dishes come out of the kitchen, so it can seem to you disappointed. To recommend to discover or rediscover the true taste of the kitchen of the middle empire without leaving half of its budget as a plane ticket."
