"Madame Caroline Sellier, I have already made a reservation for my family in this restaurant and the owners had warned me that if there was a last minute cancellation I would have to pay for it, which I accepted and understood because for 27 people (like you were) orders and preparations are done in advance so when a person is not present, their meal goes in the trash or is lost. For all of us it went very well and despite the lack of 2 people we had a very pleasant time. Restaurant owners are neither magicians nor the Salvation Army. A word to the wise. I recommend"
