"We followed the chef's inspiration and the wine matching. After 30 minutes we received already the main dish. The cellarman had no clue what (s)he was serving. We received the 3 smallest glasses we ever had in our life - allegedly not to "spoil our palate", the funniest joke ever looking at the quantities and the fact they barely knew the wines served. The worst dining experience we had in Bordeaux."
