We tried several different dishes and all of them were superb. The escargot was a particularly tasty appetizer, and the beef bourguignon was rich and flavorful. The wine list was extensive, with plenty of Champagne options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Champagne region."
