"Deplorable experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through Deliveroo with a delivery estimate of 30 minutes. After several unanswered calls, the restaurant finally confirmed to me that the order was on its way . However, the delivery person went to an incorrect address (in front of a Casino, even though the exact address had been communicated). Not only did he not make the effort to find my real address, but he threatened to leave with my order if I did not come to meet him immediately. I had to go out in my pajamas, in the rain and cold, to collect my order. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism. Despite several discussions with the restaurant, no concrete solution or commercial gesture was proposed. I strongly advise against this restaurant if you expect respectful and quality service."
