"Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A simple but decent breakfast. The dinner we had in the hotel was pretty good. Attentive service, we never had to wait too long. The adjacent bar (not part of the hotel I believe) was a generous place who...put on the Tour de France stage finishes. A good location (opposite the railway station with plenty of places to park cars (for free). The views of Saint-Claude from the terrace are very nice. Rooms were clean, and of a reasonable size given the price per night. All our bicycles were safely locked away in the Hotel's garage just next door. When they learned about our very early departure on the last day, they prepared an early breakfast in a separate room (where-as we had expected to have forego this meal).
