"Everybody was happy with their food. The trout is produced abt. 500m from the restaurant and is just amazing in taste, must be thanks to the good water in the surroundings. The amazing surprise was the "tarte flambée", really succulent - had it many times in Strasbourg and surroundings, it's either too dry or too fat, there it was creamy yet not fatty at all. The dough is homemade too, a lost art nowadays in most places. Service was real friendly, too. Definitely worth the ride, I'm looking forward to going again. Negative point? No room left for dessert because everything before was sooo good :)"
