I am shocked because it is obvious that cleaning is not carried out every day While the person who prepared the bagels was certainly very friendly, my eyes were first placed on the tables...dirty, then the edges of the tables, sort of high cupboards filled with traces of food, not to mention the dirty floor in the corners and the broom and its crumb catcher behind the counter right next to the work surface where the bagels are prepared. The fridge behind the same where the glass is disgusting and when leaving the two take out plastic dishes on the counter just as disgusting. However, it seemed to me that a place of catering had to be exemplary in terms of hygiene. I know that the client (many students) is not necessarily paying attention but it shocks me a lot Cleanliness must be commensurate with the prices charged."
