"very low budget space, extremely tiny rooms, low-level conveniences, a towel per person, no heating at cold weather mid-september, the heater was broken in our room, no possibility to disconnect the ventilation, sometimes unfriendly staff. the breakfast is included, but poor, the dinner menu is affordable and good. Answer the owner's answer: 2 people stayed in the room, and there were only 2 towels in total. it was a group booking so we could not affect the room selection. I asked for another room after I noticed the problems mentioned, but got negative response at the reception. the person at the reception was very unfriendly. the breakfast was just ok and only for 1 2 days. it has been made from households."
