"Today we stopped to eat in this place where disorganization reigns and lack of respect for customers: we ordered 1 appetizer in two and 2 dishes of lazzoccheri, 1 average beer and 1 coca cola. After 2 hours we managed to eat only this unworthy appetizer compared to the price (20 euros to eat sliced of low quality. We have a 1 year old child that it is not possible to keep anchored at the table for a biblical time, from another table a family gets rattled and goes without eating the lazzoccheri that were coming, I ask to give them to us since we had ordered them and instead they were given to a table that had not even ordered them. In 2 hours there were no hot dishes from the kitchen for anyone. We paid 32 euros for the appetizer, beer and coke and we left. It is deplorable how they treat the customer, steal money and do not offer even dignified service. I hope you have at least the good taste not to answer because you pity. Shame on you!"
