"The owners of this hotel should be deeply ashamed of themselves for their incompetence in running, managing, and welcoming guests. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly shocking. Our experience at this hotel, attending my sister-in-law's wedding, was shocking. It seemed like one issue after another, with no sincere apologies or efforts to rectify them. Right from the beginning, the duty manager, Anurag, and the wedding coordinator, Katie, left a lot to be desired. Their dismissive attitude and indifference towards our concerns were evident from the start. It was clear that they simply couldn't be bothered. My partner and I have extensive experience in the field of events management, and we deeply appreciate the immense effort and commitment required to ensure the success of events. However, it is disheartening to witness the lack of concern and dedication shown by the management and staff working behind the scenes. It is apparent that these individuals have little regard for their customers' satisfaction. They willingly accept payment for their services, only to make promises they are unable to fulfill and backtrack on their commitments. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust. These individuals should be held accountable for their actions. They ought to feel a sense of shame for their disregard of the importance of delivering on promises and meeting customer expectations for someone’s big day! Katie's absence on the day of the wedding also raises a concern regarding responsibilities in the planning process. It seems odd that someone who has been involved in the preparations would then hand over the wedding to a manager who already has numerous other roles to fulfil. In my professional opinion, the presence of a dedicated wedding coordinator is essential on the day of the event to address any unforeseen issues and ensure that everything runs according to plan. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. The management and overall lack of hospitality makes it an experience to be avoided. I believe that entrusting this hotel with the responsibility of managing even a children's party, let alone a wedding, would be a HUGE mistake.
