"I decided to use the app as usual to order from this restaurant. The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside to pick up my order. Even though there were three people ahead of me, my app order was prepared first. I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes while the other drivers had barely moved. The service was excellent."

"We have been previously and loved it but this time we were greeted by Vicky Pollard (I think she was a supervisor or just had an air of importance with no customer service skills) and poor service from her followed. The other members of staff were slow but pleasant at least. Our drinks sat on the bar for 30 minutes before being sent over to us. It was also too much trouble for “Ms Pollard” to ask chef for pizza with no pesto. To be honest we could have put up with slow service and the reserved table being a bit grubby upon arrival but the young woman’s attitude “Ms Pollard” just left a bad impression."
