"The positive in advance: The associated sports halls provide enough free parking in front of the restaurant. The ambience is quite typical of a Greek restaurant, the tables were all covered with clean tablecloths, candles and small flower vases and the service staff was friendly. The negative little things: The baked sheep cheese, the grilled peperoni as well as ALL main dishes came with the same (with delicious) sauce. First of all, this proves of a lack of creativity in the kitchen, but what is much more important: this sauce fits tastefully simply OVERVIEW NOT to the grilled peperoni (which usually come only with garlic or in a garlic sauce/ mayonnaise) and even less to the tssetiki that is also on the plate. Then just leave the sauce. My grue. Peasant salad was great: large portion and very fresh, although not very diverse in the selection (with only one olive and two small peperonis), otherwise much green salad, cucumbers, tomatoes and some sheep cheese (but rather looked out and tasted, like shepherd cheese, so no real sheep cheese). What almost completely insulted me the salad was the fact that the cook wanted to be creative here and garnished the plate rim as well as the endivia leaves with Balsamico cream. What God's will has sweet balsamico to look for in a Greek peasant salad??? Very bad. Unfortunately, my cousin's overcrowded gyros was a bit too long in the oven and the cheese as well as some of the meat simply burned. The Gyros plate of my brother or the meat was unfortunately very fat and therefore remained half. The garlic bread was cut off as white bread slices, which were covered with a tomato slice and over it with sprinkled cheese. The service was friendly but otherwise somewhat overwhelmed with the high number of guests. No wonder, because the boss was also boss; he said: he sat in the neighboring table and didn't feel responsible for his other guests. They had to keep an eye on the waitress and hope that she saw our thirsty wink. Silent mineral water was unfortunately only available in 0.25 l bottles, which added up at 1.70 € then for 1.5 l to 10.20€, this is ridiculous for a Greek restaurant. Our conclusion: Here no Greek cooks, but an Italian who has a sauce for all due time. Really bad, because the steaks and lambs were great, the side salads and also the Tsatziki delicious. In the end, of course, there was a Uzo. In summary, it was not a bad evening, but if we go Greek, we also want Greek cuisine and a service that is just fluppt."
