"Ein cafe in dem viele mit laptop sitzen und arbeiten oder Bücher lesen. Es ist generell sehr viel platz drinnen und auch drausen gibt es einige Tische. Drausen knallt auch gut die sonne . Der kaffee ist okay. Es gibt zudem eine Auswahl von guten muntermachern. Säfte mit grün Gemüse oder gesunden Früchten. Ein Sterne abzug gibts für ein komplett mit Lippenstift verdrecktes Glas . Welches wir aber auch direkt auf getauscht bekommen haben mit neuem Kaffee trotzdem eklig."

"Hemingway heeft nieuwe eigenaren. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben hier 17 jaar geleden gewerkt en elkaar leren kennen. Gisteren hebben we hier weer eens gegeten en we konden merken dat er nieuw elan in zit. De spareribs waren erg lekker en bij de frietjes (die lekkerder zijn dan de vorige) zat echte mayonnaise ipv fritessaus uit een zakje. Pluspunten dus. Nu nog lokaal Bier op de kaart en ze krijgen een tien. Innerlijke geval veel succes gewenst en we kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen."

"Avondeten genoten op zondag 21 oktober 2024. Wat een leuk restaurant, wat een mooi concept (gelukkig kwamen ze ons snel uitleggen hoe het werkte) en wat een fantastische gerechten. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd en overheerlijk. Áls we terug komen in Venlo, dan is dit absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar, om ook andere gerechten te gaan proeven. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"What a nice cozy place to eat. We made a reservation in advance and I think that was wise for a Saturday. We had 2 x soto soup and 2 x Thai fish soup (we were 4 adults? . As a main course the choice menu ... a selection of tappas where the kitchen had taken my allergy to tomatoes into account. And the dessert 2 x cheese board and a tiramisu and churos with stroopwafel ice cream. It is not haute cuisine but the dishes have good taste and portions are very good. Service is thoughtful. In short, we had a very nice evening. Highly recommended Vegetarian options: I saw they were there but didn't really look into them Dietary restrictions: They try to take everything into account, but the service was immediately very honest. Due to the fact that the kitchen is very small, traces of food to which people are allergic cannot be ruled out. Parking: There is a parking garage within walking distance, which is pricey"

"Located in the heart of the historic Geelong mill, this café and restaurant is beautiful both in style and in ambience. The staff is friendly, friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. I had the feudal breakfast, which was a hearty food that kept me up most of the day. I would recommend this place to others, in fact I already have. "We zaten op het terras. Bestelden iets te drinken, daarna pannenkoeken. De drankjes en daarna het eten kwamen snel. Maar de tafel werd wel ontruimd van de spullen van de vorige bezoekers, doch niet schoongemaakt. De pannenkoeken werden gepresenteerd zonder poedersuiker of stroop. We moesten zelf naar binnen om erom te verzoeken. Verder vond ik de oprijplank voor minder validen over de gehele breedte van de ingang onplezierig stijl. Een gewoon trapje is voor dames met schoenen met een hak heel veel prettiger. Wij bleven nog napraten met nog ieder 2 drankjes, die correct geserveerd werden. De toiletruimte was ok. We rekenden het totaalbedrag af, dus geen gesplitste rekeningen om het de dame gemakkelijk te maken. Het liep voor ons gevoel tegen vertrekijd, hoewel het nog geen sluitingstijd was. Prijs-kwaliteit redelijk."
