"It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too small. Every dish brought to the table was perfect. We had the 5-course menu, with wine tasting, I even found the wine to be unique and pair well brought with every dish. There was no rain forecast, but just before dessert there were raindrops. We hoped it was just a few sprinkles, but it was really a crash. The staff was really prepared for the worst. They rushed into a table and seemed very coordinated. The inner ambience is also beautiful, with a beautiful marble floor. We finished our meals in the interior and received a screen for our return journey to our car. Another nice service detail. I recommend this restaurant. The value is really there and it is a magical evening."

"We only ate sandwiches because the restaurant was full. I put 4 stars and not 5 because the rating is definitely improper, at least partial. We frequent this place of the herd for some time and after various vicissitudes and management changes the impression is that, finally, the staff is helpful, kind and professional. the sandwiches were excellent, with fresh ingredients. the dishes we saw passing while we waited and then we had a meal in the garden, and were really inviting. the location is as beautiful as always."

"Entri e respiri l'atmosfera delle trattorie piemontesi negli anni Sessanta, tutto ben curato e volutamente mantenuto come una volta Il servizio è ottimo e veloce, il menù tipico anche se ridotto. I cibi sono sì ben cucinati, ma mancano di nerbo. Penso che per scelta aziendale si cerchino sapori tenui e poco personalizzati, tesi a non stupire negativamente i turisti provenienti dalla Reggia di Venaria Reale. L'insieme risulta piacevole, ma edulcorato. Comunque le cotture perfette e i dolci davvero ben fatti. Titubante sul voto finale, decido sulla base dei prezzi, che sembrano molto convenienti ma poi ti ritrovi coperto, un litro di minerale e un quarto di vino (anonimo) e finisce che in due si spendono di base 10 euro. Il conto, non alto comunque, non produce un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo."

"Nice place, family run, very quiet. We were welcomed with kindness by the owner, who brought us to the table and immediately brought us the menu. A few clues, luckily, so the choice was fast. "Ottima posizione comoda per visitare la Venaria, allestimento molto carino. La qualità del cibo obiettivamente buonissima, peccato per il servizio. A parte che non era possibile ordinare fuori menù (nessun problema se non avessimo avuto intolleranze alimentari), credo dovrebbero sempre avere almeno una portata a disposizione, il servizio è stato lentissimo. Oltre due ore per 2 portate e dolce con il locale non al completo mi sembra davvero eccessivo, tanto più visto che la scelta non era molto vasta (4 piatti per portata comunque buoni) e l’impossibilità di chiedere qualsiasi modifica. I dolci non sono stati all’altezza delle altre portate. Peccato, con un servizio più rapido lo consiglierei sicuramente."
