"General We have been a group of 8 cyclists, after 40 km of bike were correspondingly hunrig and the great view of the Moselle has animated us for dinner there. Well, our group was super disappointed, hungry and I was also bad for the whole evening until the noodles were back out... a big day in the beautiful mosque and at the end everything was broken by a bad food. Operation The waiter who served us was really nice, has immediately passed our complaint and has brought his boss, so if possible his best given. Eat 8 main dishes (Penne Gorgonzola, Penne with pifferlings, lasagna, pizza and a salad as an appetizer. Unfortunately, all main dishes are not recommended. Noodles completely saltless and boiled, Gorgonzola misdisplay, for this a lot of flour pamps, the same among the bad pifferlings, which unfortunately also only came with flour pamps and crispy noodles. Inside I would not have reserved a table in the offer in Traben-Trarbach, because there are much more beautiful and cozy local cleanliness in the immediate vicinity The toilet was handed over by an ice cream counter and considering that food is used and eaten... Dear restaurant team there are sometimes cleaned! The toilets are in the basement, which is not bad, only you have in the basement."

"We had made it 120 km in five and a half stages from Trier to Traben-Trarbach. Filled with several beautiful views, some sweating slope, some bottles mostly very good moss wines and many new impressions. Around 2 pm we reached the end of this year's autumn hike, the bridge between Traben and Trarbach. Until the departure of our train back to the local Münsterland we had time to eat, back in Rheine it would have become too late for it. From the bridge we looked down the river and saw various gastronomy facilities. The kitchen of the first destination, the new Moselschlösschen had already closed and pointed to its own pavilion on the shore with onion cake. But in the last few days, we had eaten them enough, we felt like a good lunch. So continue the waterfront down to the Hotel Bellevue. There we saw the map of the hotel restaurant with the hint of a small overnight card . We were a little insecure whether the hotel restaurant would host us even after heavy 120 km and accordingly no longer perfectly socially capable appearance. Our question about a place on the terrace, inside we would not have eaten in view of the elevated ambience, but was positive and very courteously friendly (of course they can eat with us... answered. So we took a seat on the terrace of Mosel and enjoyed this Art Nouveau building in all its facets. One should take the time, even if only terrace guest is to look at the house inside and outside. I've never seen a more magnificent Art Nouveau building in my life! I would have liked to take some of the table lamps inside! Also my wife was gone and gone.... The excellently trained service included the table in gloves and handed us the small afternoon card. A bottle of water and two glasses of dry Riesling (Peter Kallfelz Hochgewächs were ordered quickly. As main course: Dried beef tongue Rieslingsauce, parsley potatoes € 16 Fried slices of napkin dumpling on mushroom cream sauce € 14 Madame was able to taste her dumplings and had nothing to do with taste and preparation. After 6 days of Moselkit, I had a desire for something special and ordered the tongue, again a memory of childhood when tongue was served after the slaughter days. A wonderfully delicately cooked tongue in approx. 1 cm thick slices were served, the soup soup was excellent. This court was a worthy conclusion of our hike on the Moselle. Two espresso formed the conclusion. We are already thinking about continuing the hike from Traben-Trarbach and wondering if the Hotel Bellevue also lets hikers return for one night. This was chased and firm when we continue to hike the Moselsteig, Hotel Bellevue will be our starting point. Also on a hike upscale gastronomy is always a pleasure!"

"Our first Mosquito flight for 2022 led us first to Traben Trarbach. Surprisingly, the gastronomy was still mostly in winter sleep. In many companies you start from 01.03. This was not known to us, but was not bad either. It was allowed to be a bite for bridging before dinner! But even the Asian snack was still in the self-imposed lockdown. We strolled further through the pedestrian zone and see here: Storcke support is back! Cellular entrance In the cozy cellar vault, we have been guests twice in the past few years. My previous posts have now been deleted by the new opening. Already on 17.01.2020 the restaurant opened under new leadership. Due to the corona-related forced interruptions, the new opening had actually escaped us. We hoped for a free table when the restaurant arrived and waited in the entrance. There was only one lady in the service. She signaled us to have seen. After she had supplied the guests, she was with us. We were lucky and a table was free for us. Since our first visit in 2015, the atmosphere has changed as well as nothing. . The menu was served and we were allowed to browse first. Little later, the serviceman was back. Your resolute kindness was very suitable here and pleasant for us. We ordered: Rock spring mineral water, 0.75 l 4.90 2 Grauburgunder dry, winery Caspari 0.2 l 4.90 We were expressly recommended the homemade fresh chips per € 3.50, so we ordered 2 portions. I ordered: Great winter salad: various leaf salads with oranges, dates, caramelized walnuts, gratinated goat cheese and honey € 19,80. My husband chose one of the day's recommendations: giant cloves with salad, garlic dip and baguette € 19,80. At this time, my husband should give up light bread and sweets. It was carefully offered to serve the salad a little bigger instead of the baguette. Waiting time was a little longer. Due to the numerous guests, however, absolutely apologisable. If I've seen it right, the kitchen blew 2 people. We got a snap breath when serving the hot chips! They looked and tasted perfectly and wonderfully crispy. But we really didn't expect the lush portion. One! of the two chip portions in the large deep pasta plate 1 portion for both of us would have been absolutely sufficient. Immediately the salads were also served as desired for the chips. And also these convinced absolutely. The portion sizes were more than just the expected main dish. The colourful salad for my husband was rounded with large and juicy fried shrimps. Salad with shrimp The fine dressing as well as the garlic dip (in which the chips could be tuned instead of bread). In my taste also my big salad plate. On top fresh sprouts, harmoniously the combination of salad and fruit. Pomegranate seeds were also found. Salad with goat cheese and fruit The goat cheese is aromatic and creamy. The baguette for salad simple baked goods. The chips were therefore not a mistake as an untypical supplement. The serviceman was attentively inquired by our satisfaction. We liked these. We slept and crispy and cheerful through the sermon. And rightly, we thought whether we would have appetite until dinner again! Unfortunately, we didn't complete the chips. The restaurant is not accessible to disabled persons. The path to the older but very well maintained toilets is quite angled and leads over some steps. Payment is possible only cash (cellar radio hole). This is already indicated in the input region. Good for the traditional house and the nice team!"

"Ein echt gelungenes Essen. Waren erst von außen nicht ganz so begeistert, da für Lage an der B53 nicht so pralle ist. Aber auf der Terrasse war der Blick dann trotzdem sehr schön. Die Autos störten nicht und man konnte sich voll auf das Essen konzentrieren. Wir hatten 2 Gänge Hauptgang und Nachtisch. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und entschuldigte sich direkt dafür, dass ein Gericht aktuell nicht verfügbar war. Aber dafür direkt ne Alternative, die nicht auf der Karte war, angeboten. Haben wir nicht genommen, aber war einfach schon mal ein guter Start, wenn das Personal ganz offen damit umgeht, wenn etwas nicht zur Verfügung steht. Hatten einmal die Schweinebäckchen und die die Schweinemedaillons. Beides ansprechend serviert, super abgeschmeckt und einfach ein gelungenes Arrangement. Richtig umgehauen hat uns aber der Nachtisch. Das Schokotörtchen mit flüssigem Kern war schon echt gut zumal mit der selbst gemachten Vanillesauce. Einfach genau die richtige Konsistenz abgepasst, nicht zu süß, wie es ja häufig im flüssigen Teil wird absolut gut. Aber der richtige Knaller war das scharfe Muskatnuss Parfait mit angemachten Erdbeeren. Dieses Parfait war einfach nur ein Gedicht. Mehr kann man dazu gar nicht sagen. Einfach perfekt Punkt ; Kommen gerne wieder : Einzig über das Besteck und Geschirr aus Uromas Zeiten kann man streiten aber das ist Geschmackssache und wir waren vielleicht einfach noch zu jung, um zu verstehen, warum das nicht mal austauscht."
