"I'm not exactly a pizza fan, but as I read that the pizzas made in the wood oven of this place were in the podium of one of the rankings of the best pizzas of sevilla I marque this establishment on my list of earrings. This weekend I stayed with friends to come out of doubt and corroborate or there is no valuation. the venue offers a different and innovative decoration in terms of Italian restaurants. vintage and contemporary decoration that create a special and welcoming space. the services are amenized by ambient music (something elevated by what becomes annoying) and a very pleasant light (except that of the bathrooms that is horrible and uncomfortable.) presents a wide and varied menu of Italian cuisine, with fusion of international flavors. We were five people and we decided to ask for several things to share. our choice: crunchy raviolis of ticket, are eight ravioli-shaped saquitos are not the raviolis paste that can be expected. as its name indicates very crisp, with a very tasty filling of soft and creamy texture. has a touch of truffled mahonesa that makes this dish a pleasure. highly recommended. risotto rossini, risotto cheese blue with nuts and red fruits. creamy and dry palate, but we notice something dry. fetuccino with duck and mushrooms in Thai green curry, intense aroma detached before being placed on the plate itself, of potent flavor and only suitable for risky palates. different combination and very successful. we loved it. tartufata pizza, truffled fresh cream, fresh mozzarella, cow roasted meat, black truffle, chicken egg and parmiggiano. spectacular, highly recommended. Old orlean pizza, barbecue sauce to bourbon, fresh mozzarella, guanciale, roasted cow meat, poultry chicken with strawberry spices, caramelized peppers and cashews. We had many expectations in this pizza, not only for the ingredients but to be one of the recommended as essentials of the house, but the truth that disappointed us. It was good but nothing extraordinary. in relation to the service rendered was quite good during the dinner service but in the end my perception was truncated and I leave much to wish. Although it is true that it was late, but it does not jotify what happened, since at no time they told us to close the kitchen nor gave us the option to try a dessert or at least report that for the hour it was not possible. by our surprise they planted directly counts on the table without being requested and without any previous information as I have commented. add a detail what you should contemplate and perhaps take a turn. raviolis are eight units, we consulted the possibility of adding plate to ten (two units squared by comensal) but they told us it was not viable. I am surprised that such an innovative establishment does not consider this option and is so inflexible, especially because we do not ask to reduce the dish (something more than understandable in that case,) but if you increase it. this practice is becoming more and more common and provides great added value. price of quality ratio of correct dishes, in relation to drinks prices are something high. the previous comment plus six beers and two soft drinks amounted to 99.20€"
